My girls are off today and I am looking at Pinterest for some fun ideas. I love the idea of making these fun Dream Catchers... Some harder than others. 

But I like the idea of making these with items we have all over the house.

Christmas Photo Gift Ideas

I am loving these silhouette ideas.

This is something I am hoping to do this Holiday season.

Everytime I see these I want to try it. I am going to go through the huge amount of duplicate pics I have first, then take some current ones. I am hoping to find one for each age. Wish I would have thought of it sooner. Oh well.

Christmas Cards...

Hello, Happy Wednesday!

Today I am working on punching out trees from all my scrap paper. 

I decided I am going to make Christmas cards this year. 

I have thought of doing this before, but never really followed through.

But there are soo many great ideas on www.pinterest.com

so I am going for it.

Cards have never been my strong suit.

Tilda Papercrafting...

Hello, happy happy Monday!

We had a fun fun weekend. Full of work and play.

Monsoon season is here and we are getting a lot of rain as well as cool nights. Last week, I was able to catch up on some organizing and playing around with my Tilda paper. It was a good day!

~Homemade Soap~

Hello! 

It's been forever since I have posted. We have been so busy with end of school year activities. Next week is our last and Summer break will be upon us. My girls are anxious to say the least. While we will be sticking close to home, there will be some short trips. 

For now, we are dealing with extreme weather and lots of cool days. Not very summery at all. 

Lately I have been trying my hand at soap making. I have to say.... I love it. Now I know it's not the involved way with lye, but I love the way I make this. All you need is soap base and a microwave,

melt, stir, add a few drops of scent, and I like to add oatmeal or lavender for texture,

Pour into molds, and let sit.

Easy!!!!!

Wooden Trays...

Hello! Happy Tuesday!

Whew! We had a busy weekend. So busy that I could not wrap my head around blogging. I did get to go to a few garage sales on Saturday!

I love this time of year!

I found these awesome nesting wood trays. I am thinking of making something like this....

LOVE!!

But for now, they will be used individually. So much possibility.

Cork Board Banner....

Hello, Happy Sunday March 1st.

Did everyone get snow? 

We did, and alot of it. 

Its all good. Keep on coming. We need green grass and water for swimming pools this Summer. 

Today, I am posting about my fun little banners I did yesterday.

My cork boards inside my computer cabinet needs some pretty inspiration.

They just make me smile. 

I love the banner punch from Stampin up. It is probably my favorite tool ever.

Home Made Soap....

Good Sunday Morning!

I am happy to say, I am finally going to start something I have always wanted to do. I just ordered everything I need to start making soap. I have always thought it sounded fun, and I love to look at and smell all the wonderful soaps people make when I go to farmers markets. So I am happy to say, I am going to give it a try. Stay tuned, hopefully my soaps turn out as beautifully as the ones on Pinterest.

I can not take credit for the idea, my best friend introduced me to this fun idea.

A pack of matchboxes from the store, some scrap paper, some embelishments (I like puffy stickers and ribbon) and some adhesive (double stick tape is my favorite) and you have something cute and decorative instead of boring and ugly.

Some for Valentines day and some for Easter/Spring. (I admit, those are my favorite)

Hello, happy happy Tuesday!

It is a cloudy rainy day today. Yesterday was gorgeous... 62 degrees and sunny, but today is another story. 

Its all good, I have soup in the croc-pot, no where to go, until the kids get out of school, and lots of stuff to do. 

I have a choice, I can organize some stuff that I set aside back when we moved in... or craft...

ummm......

CRAFT!

The other stuff isn't going anywhere.
