Saturday was our first official day of Christmas break and it was full of fun. Well sort of, we cleaned closets, ha ha. But Sunday we decorated gingerbread houses. Lol. FUN!

Small Town Parade of Lights

Happy December 11th! A few members of our Color Guard and Marching Band marched in our towns Parade of lights. It was a relatively mild evening. We had a great time.

I am experiencing all the Joy around here. Rounding out the Thanksgiving holiday with Christmas decorating. Back to work on tomorrow, but it has been a good week off.

We decorated the front porch last night and we have a small herd of deer in the front yard as well. Kinda look like Patronus's when you take a picture. Love them!

Miracle on 34th st

Renegades Trilogy Book Tour and Fan art contest...

In November we took a quick trip to Denver to meet one of Shilohs favorite authors. She entered and was picked as a finalist for the Renegades book Trilogy fan art contest. She was able to meet the author, get her books signed and her art signed. Reagan had so much fun learning about the author and books and I think Marissa Meyer gained a new fan. All in all it was a great experience.

Gnome Inspiration....

You never know where you will find inspiration. This was in the Sierra Trading post outlet. LOL. I am currently working on a large gnome.

Halloween Catch up

Happy November 25th!

Alot has happened in the last month. So Let me catch you up.

Halloween went by in a blur. Lots of school activities followed by the school play. The kids had fun as usual dressing up. But it all went really fast. Now we are in November and looking forward to Christmas. Whew! Its just crazy fast.
