Recently she and I were talking about white bedding, which I love. So of course I went out on Pinterest and found some lovely ones. Now our styles do vary, I am more country and she is more modern in her style. But White is universal.

Happy Sunday....

I say that loosely since its more like Cloud-day here. 

Yucky storm going through, but potato ham chowder and homemade pretzels are on the menu and the house smells yummy. 

The only thing missing is some flowers.

Geraniums are on my mind today. 

Might head out to the local flower shop tomorrow and see what she has.

Fun Quilt Storage Ideas...

I am going through my stuff and selling or donating what I can, but the one thing that I know I cant live without are my quilts. I use them for everything. Couch covers, table cloths, seat covers in the cars, picnic blankets.... everything.

So creative quilt storage is a must. I think a tall cabinet in my new space would be perfect.

Ooooh, I cant wait for the hunt to begin.

~Dying Eggs~

Hello, today we dyed our Easter Eggs. And there were no fancy kits or wild techniques.

There was just good old food coloring, white crayons and some fun Easter stickers. 

The girls and I had a blast.

 Tomorrow we are going to dye our Easter Eggs. I love this time of year. And my girls love coloring eggs. 

I think this year we will try something different. 

We will still dye some with traditional food coloring...

the best way in my mind,

but I admit, I love the polka dots.
