 Loving this sweet quiet time. Everyone is still in bed and I can enjoy Christmas Break in the peace and quiet. Merry Christmas Eve!

Thinking of you

As I sit here looking back at my blog, I am overwhelmed by the magic that was those 10 years. Filled with love and friendships that are gone now. I hope one day they can be restored, but till then, I will look back with happiness. Let this season be one of remembrance and thoughtfulness for those you hold dear.

New Beginnings...

 

Hello! Itś been a while since I posted on here. Alot has changed in the last few years. I had to take a break. I finally think I can breath again. Hopefully I can keep up! Either way, Happy Happy First day of Winter.

2020 Just keeps getting better...lol!

This week was eventful. Out of no where we had a very large tree branch fall. No wind, nothing. Just rotten I guess.  We have been fighting tree bores and I guess I thought with pesticides and regular trimming, we were doing ok. Guess not. Luckily, it missed everything. Crisis averted. Now we have fire wood. Lol. Hope this week is a bit calmer, but I wont count on it.

Low Key Easter

Hope everyone had a peaceful and Happy Easter.

Ours was calm, just me, hubby and the girls.

Now all the Easter stuff is getting packed away. As well as everything else.

Now we are starting to pack. Yep, we are moving again. But not far. Building a house on our property. Looking forward to new beginnings... again. This time, not big changes, just making life better.

Our first week of distance online learning is in the books. I think we are settling in well. Today it was all about scrunchies. 

We have so much fabric laying around, so scrunchies it is.
Maybe masks next. Not sure, but its worth a try!

It is a crazy year for sure and we are seeing things that I never thought we would in your lifetime.

We are taking it easy today. Allergies getting the best of us. I spent all day yesterday organizing and inventorying my pantries. We are set. I am awaiting instruction from our school about online schooling starting next week. The kids are amazingly open minded which is great. In the mean time, I am looking at ways to organize in our new house... which has been ordered. Yay! Soooo excited.

Mackenzie Childs...My New Obsession....

Happy happy Wednesday.

We are home enjoying our Spring break. So far its been a little crazy. It started out visiting friends, then everything closed down and the State is encouraging social distancing. So we are catching up at home. We are planning on purchasing a new house this Summer, so we are de-cluttering and packing up, all while trying not to be fixated on the news. So here is some eye-candy. My new obsession. Mackenzie Childs. I love it. Cant afford it, but I can afford some little items. I am DIY'ing some others.
