Amish Friendship Bread Chocolate Chip Muffins....







Sunday was baking day for my Amish Friendship bread starter. So I baked up a storm. I actually used two of the starters for this and froze half of the muffins so that I am not tempted to eat them all. YUM!

I just used the basic recipe and made it into muffins instead of a loaf of bread. 

They turned out wonderful. Now for 10 more days and I will bake again.
