Red Potato's and Cabbage
I love this cheese board. It is connemara marble from Ireland. (No I haven't been yet, just love QVC. )
Happy St. Patrick's Day to everyone. This is one of my favorite holidays. I think because my Grandmother was Irish and always made Cornbeef and Cabbage. I love it. Unfortunately my Husband and oldest daughter does not like it. Usually I make them eat it. But this year I compromised with regular roast beef roast but I am still adding cabbage and red potatoes.
