The Smoothies in this book are great, I really want to try this one, Banana and Honey Breakfast Smoothie, Yum... And I am really wanting to do some canning this summer, so the home preserving book is great for ideas...

The Kind diet by Alicia Silverstone really opens your eyes to what is in the food we eat everyday. I am definatly not ready to become a vegetarian or even vegan, as but I am going to be more aware of what is in our food and where its processed... I would definatly recommend it!
