My pineapple upside down cake turned out great. I just put about 3 tbsp of butter around the bottom of the pan, sprinkled about a cup of brown sugar, layed fresh pineapple rings around, and then put this pineapple supreme cake on top, and baked as directed.
Perfect!

Hello. Hope everyone's Independence Day Celebrations were wonderful. We had a great day. We started out with a mountain hike (pics to come later), swimming in our pool... (which actually warmed up), a wonderful dinner of Hamburgers, hotdogs, macaroni salad, and followed by Pineapple upside down cake... so good.
Then we headed outside for some firework fun for the kids before watching the magnificent display in our town. The weather was hot and wonderful until the afternoon when the thunderstorms cooled things off just right and the breeze kept the mosquitos away (somewhat). It was a perfect day. Welcome July!
