I love cleaning and carving pumpkins. However, for some reason my heart just wasnt in it this year. Lucky for me, my 6 year old was all about it. So she carved (with a child safe carving kit) and my 2 year old cleaned (with some help from big sis and mom) and I roasted seeds. It was alot of fun and now we have 5 very happy jack-o-lanterns...BOO!
