Easter Egg Ideas....

Hello.

 Tomorrow we are going to dye our Easter Eggs. I love this time of year. And my girls love coloring eggs. 

I think this year we will try something different. 

We will still dye some with traditional food coloring...

the best way in my mind,

but I admit, I love the polka dots.

I am sooo glad the end of the week is here. Nothing else to do than look forward to the weekend. 

We have a fun filled one planned. Volleyball game, Birthday Party and swimming. 

Today we have dance for both girls and between more cleaning and decluttering, 

I thought some crafting would be fun. 

I thought one paper craft and one yummy craft to fill our afternoon.

This week has been soo soo busy. 

I am just trying to get things done, clutter mitigated and more stuff sold. 

I can not wait until I can have a proper garage sale. But not until May, weather is still to un-predictible, and too much going on on the weekends still. 

But soon, school commitments will end and we can begin the long process of preparing to move. 

Yay!

Right now, I am loving me some Beatrix Potter with my little girl.

Fairy Gardens

Hello, Hello!

Happy April 3rd!

We are off to the big city for some great shopping fun. Weather doesn't look to promising, but we are going anyways. 

Especially since I want to start planning some Fairy Gardens. 

Since we are moving this Summer, I really dont want to invest much time in flowers and plants other than a few hanging baskets....

Sooo... bring in the Fairy gardens. The girls and I thought it would be fun to make up a few portable Fairy Gardens to take with us. 

I look forward to scavenging through the house and local thrift stores to see what we can find to use. 

I am envisioning teacups and thimbles and rocks of all colors.

Ikea, American Girl and the Mall on the list.

My wish list for our pending change of pace is evolving. 

Chickens are most certainly on the wishlist.

Hello, Happy Tuesday!

Spring and Summer is fast approaching, end of school is near, and so much is to be done. 

Our future is full of busy times. My mind is full of the need to do's and I find myself dreaming of the wants instead. 

This summer, at the end of August, we will start a new chapter in our lives. We will me moving 450 miles south and starting fresh. Jobs are ending and new experiences are starting. Our living situations will downsize by about 1000 sqft and we are trying to eliminate as much as possible. Still I find as excited as I am for the new, I am sad that my craftiness and the space to do so will be limited. 

Soooo, after doing some pinning on my favorite site, I have found a solution. 

Old campers are easy to find, especially gutted ones, soooo

why not turn one into a wonderful little, movable craft oasis.

It is so wonderfully possible. 

I posted some wonderful ideas I found online and I am currently planning my special little place, for me and my girls to craft and create to our hearts content.
